Most orders now ship in about 7 days
After a long battle with lead times, we’ve caught up. Most orders now ship in about 7 days or less, including international orders. We are working hard to keep shipping times low, but as demand increases, this window may slide.
BP-Y14L latch revision
We revised the BP-Y14L battery pack so the latch is easier to press. The layer adhesion that keeps the latch strong is unchanged, so it’s easier to use without being any weaker.
New: laser etching service
You can now have your battery pack or parts laser etched with your callsign or custom text.
- Pricing: The first etch is $25. Each additional etch is 40% off.
- How to order: Add one Laser Etching Service to your cart for each item you want etched.
- What we can etch: Finished packs, kits, and replacement parts.
- Have an older battery? Order a replacement shell, add the laser etching service, and we’ll etch the shell for you.
- Your callsign: Put your callsign or custom text in the note box at checkout. If it’s missing, we’ll have to contact you first, and your order will be delayed.
Good to know: Each piece is aligned by hand, so small alignment or surface finish imperfections may occur. The etch is also shallow, and heavy scratching or scuffing can damage or remove it. Only black is currently available for etchable colored shells.
The service applies to a physical item in your order. It can’t be purchased or shipped on its own.
