What do you need to do?
An email has been sent to all customers who purchased a Kenwood battery. Please check your inbox and your spam folder for instructions. I've been having issues with emails going to spam folders as a result of improper setup with Shopify. Hopefully its fixed now.
I expect the fix to start shipping in 2 weeks after testing.
International customers will also be taken care of. I can only offer a replacement CORE to be shipped to you. The value of the replacement parts should be cheap enough to avoid import fees, but I make no guarantees.
I appreciate you allowing me to make this fix and giving me the time to make things right. I want you to enjoy your battery and expect your experience to be nothing less than excellent. I stand proudly behind my products and want to only offer the best.
