1. Returns and Refunds for Handcrafted Products

  • Handcrafted items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned handcrafted items.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which can either:
    • Be deducted from the refund amount using a prepaid return label, or
    • Be paid directly by the customer using their preferred shipping method.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, free from damage, wear, or modifications.
  • Refunds will be issued after the return is fully processed. If any items are missing or damaged, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Returns and Refunds for Commercially Made Products

  • Commercially made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned commercially made products.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which can either:
    • Be deducted from the refund amount using a prepaid return label, or
    • Be paid directly by the customer using their preferred shipping method.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs), depending on the issue.
  • Clear photographic evidence of damage or defects is required for processing claims.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Click on the order with the item you want to return.
  3. Select "Request Refund" and provide a reason for the return.
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

5. Order Review and Changes

  • Double-check all order details before submitting.
  • We cannot guarantee modifications after an order is placed, as processing begins quickly.
