Great Battery Upgrade
This is a terrific upgrade to my Yaesu FT5D. The original battery had limited life and this battery greatly extends that time period. It also had the USB-C charging which plugs right into my car ports. I can use the handheld in the car and charge the battery when I am using the car. I have bought several of these extended batteries and am very pleased with the service of the products and the vendor.

This battery is AWESOME! Charged it up last weekend and its still has a ways to go beforr having to recharge. But the best part, is the way it was packaged. The Spacer for the belt clip, had the screws imbedded in it, instead of loose in the package. Made it so much easier to find and not lose them.

Issue discovered, Issue solved
Replacement module received quickly and removing the batteries from the original battery pack and placing them in the replacement pack took less than 5 minutes. I have also purchased battery packs for my Yaesu 3D, 5D and 70D radios.

The battery got to me pretty quick once I’d been informed that it had been posted. It fitted straight on without any trimming or playing with and charges up easily. It definitely out performs the stock battery, and was worth the wait. I use this battery for at least 3 days, and join into lots of nets, so it lasts really well.

Solved the problem of short battery life with the standard Kenwood battery. The radio also feels better in the hand with the larger battery. I would buy it again.

I was looking for more reserve power for my Yaesu HT. This is a great solution! When I get back from the trip I am on, I want to get another one. I work with ARES, so the extra power is good to have. That I can recharge it by USB is great because you don't need to pack the charging stand.

Sturdy and snug. Well balanced.Might want to think about offering the attached cable through the store also for those of us that want one as a spare in the car for mobile ops.
