Great battery!
The BP-Y24L is the perfect power source for my FT70. It's my favorite handheld, and more so now that I'm not likely to run out of power. As a bonus, the battery improves my grip on the radio! Thanks for the innovation and the upgrades to come.

Great Addition
The OEM battery would not last but 4 hours or so. The BP-K75Lv2 lasts a good 12 hours. Made the radio, TH-D75 useful for PS events and ARES without having to carry spare battery.

Extended Batteries work great so far
Purchased Qty (2) BP-K75L v2 Extended Batteries. Need to pay attention to instructions when connecting the Batt to the TH-D7X handheld radio, else you will think they don't fit when in fact they fit perfectly. Slow down and read!

Makes my D75 useful all day, instead of having to change batteries twice a day.
Battery fits fine. Video really helped with getting battery lined up and locked in place. Absolutely would purchase this battery again (if someone took it from me). Charging is convenient as can be with the USB-C port on battery. The belt clip spacer and hardware help the battery integrate with the HT perfectly for belt carry. Holding the D75 with this battery attached actually fits my hand better.

No Better Customer Service
The plastic cover tabs on my Yaesu 5D BP-Y14L battery broke off. When I sent the issue to Kevin’s attention he just asked me for my order number. In a couple I received a replacement housing at no cost. Customer Service, indeed hams helping hams, doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Kevin!

Th75 battery
The battery is as advertised and significant extends the operating time of the radio. I have spare 21700 cells in case I want to swap them out to promote battery longevity. I was going to order the battery for the Ft5 tok but I have several regular batteries for that HT. All in all, I am a satisfied customer. One area that could be improved is turnaround time. Also wondering if battery packs could be made for other radios...like the Icom 705 or IC30 radio for instance.

FANTASTIC Addition to a Yaesu FT5 DR
AWESOME piece of kit to improve the Yaesu FT5 DR's poor battery life. HIGHLY recommended to anyone that wants to use their radio for all day or extended periods of time. The quality and fit are perfect.

I purchased your radio battery based on recommendation from your YouTube supporters.
I have cycled the battery a few times since the New Year and all seems great.
I am sure that the industry stragglers will adopt the USB C technology as a part of their next upgrade.

Great Battery!
So appreciate the workmanship and quality of this battery. Bought a spare Yaesu FT1XDR for cheap and this battery makes it a great radio for SOTA or everyday carry. Being able to recharge via USB C is huge! This is now my fav travel HT with no need to take other cables to charge other things. Such a great idea and execution - thanks!

Must Have!
Honestly, this is a must have for this radio if you plan to transmit and actively use APRS/GPRs. The stock battery can simply not run this radio at its full potential for more than a couple hours at best ... throw in some 5W QSOs and you will even have less time. I pretty much go at least a couple of days without needing to charge, that includes a few nets etc. What I also like about this battery is it makes it easier for me to hold the radio, and it is more stable when sitting on a desk etc ...
