I've had the BP-Y14L for almost two months now and I really enjoy the extra capacity. This runs my Yaesu for many, many hours. Now that I have been using it as a primary battery, I just top it off when convenient and never worry about it. I just pick it up on the way out the door. Very happy with the battery and happy that the internal batteries are replaceable when that time comes too. Thanks!
This battery is terrific. It fits nice and snug and as a significant amount of operating time to my FT 5. Don’t hesitate to buy one. I have two and they are great products.

Just got mine this morning and its perfect. I showed it off at my club meeting tonight and everyone wants one. If you ever make one for the D75, Ill definitely buy it. The stock battery on that makes the stock 5d battery look like endurance equipment.

So far so good. I have already recommended this battery to some of my ARES group members. The battery retention tabs are a bit stiff, so be careful not to over flex or force them. I haven't put it through the ringer of all day APRS and voice ops yet, but I have no doubts that it is up to the task. I plan to leave this battery installed on my HT unless I somehow manage to drain it and my charging bank. I will probably order a second as a spare just in case something happens to this one. There's no way I could go back to the small factory batteries.

Haven’t used it yet. Still waiting to buy a battery or two. However, I’m sure I will be happy. Sturdy 3D printed piece. Cord is easily replaceable if damaged.

This is a fantastic battery upgrade for my HT. The stock battery for my FT3 doesn't last very long and takes a very long time to recharge. This upgraded battery has more capacity and therefore lasts a really long time. It can also be recharged using a USB C cable.

The battery lasts so long compared to the official batteries. Now I don't mind carrying the radio in the field worrying about it dying on me.
